How to ignore LF and CR LF while comparing text files

If text files have different line ending formats (Unix LR, Windows CR LF), then Beyond Compare would mark them as different content:

Solution:
Session -> Session Settings

Check Compare contents, Rules-based comparison and Override quick test results.

Then these files would be marked the same content.
