Issue

Compilation Error:

fatal error C1083 Cannot open include file 'FoliageType.generated.h

Solution:
Add Foliage in PublicDependencyModuleNames of *.Build.cs, e.g.

public TestProj(ReadOnlyTargetRules Target) : base(Target)
{
    PCHUsage = PCHUsageMode.UseExplicitOrSharedPCHs;

    PublicDependencyModuleNames.AddRange(new string[] { "Core", "CoreUObject", "Engine", "InputCore", "Foliage" });
